1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• The item is returned with original packaging and tags

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


2. Non Returnable Items

The following items are non returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Final sale items
• Clearance or discounted products
• Used or worn items
• Items without original packaging
• Gift cards


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
